Your new role As Senior Site Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of major construction projects across the Central Belt. You'll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. You'll work closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget, while mentoring junior staff and driving a positive site culture.
