We're looking for a Data Architect to join our Kier IT team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
* Designing and maintaining enterprise data architectures and standards in Azure
* Collaborating with data owners and stewards to enhance data quality and governance
* Creating solutions for our enterprise data platform (Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Unity Catalog)
* Balancing central standards with divisional autonomy in our federated operating model
* Mentoring colleagues to uplift data literacy and architectural discipline
What are we looking for?
* You have experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures
* You're skilled in Azure data services (Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks)
* You have strong data modelling expertise and can translate between technical and business needs
* You understand data governance frameworks and stewardship principles
* You enjoy nurturing relationships and sharing knowledge across diverse teams
