AsaPayroll&HRAdministrator,youwillberecognisedasanexpertinpayrollandHRadministration.Youwillsupportinprovidingexcellentcustomerservice,answeringbothtelephoneandcasemanagementqueries,communicatingdirectlywithourcustomeraccurately,inatimelymannerandwithinagreedSLAs.
Therolewillsupportandhelpourcustomerbyensuringthattheinformationprovidedisclear,accurateandconsistent,aswellassupportingimprovedwaysofworking,ultimatelyenhancingthepayrollbyreducingerrorsandvolumeofqueries.
Responsibilities
* Monitoringandrespondingtoanyoutstandingcustomerqueries,ideallywithafirstcallresolutionorescalatingcomplexquerieswhenrequired
* PlayingakeypartofthedailypayrollandHRAdminschedule,escalatinganyoverduetasksforsupportaswellasupdatingtheinformationinResourceLink.
* QualityAssuranceofonshoreandoffshorework,auditingagainstcurrentstandardoperatingprocedures
* Supportwiththeresolutionofanyserviceissues,supportingtheresolution,updatingofprocessmapsandStandardOperatingProcesses(SOPs)orDWIs
* Identifyingandactioninganyopportunitiesforprocessimprovements
* EnsuringcontractualSLA'sareachieved
Skills&Experience
1. ProvenexperienceinaPayrollAdministrationrole.
