What's in Store for You:
1. Base Salary: Dependent on Experience
2. On-Target Earnings (OTE): £65k-£75k+ (uncapped)
3. Office-Based Role - No cold calling, just warm leads!
What You'll Be Doing:
4. Engaging with qualified leads from social media, events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
5. Selling tickets to our 2-day Property event
6. Supporting attendees to close high-ticket Academy sales
7. Working through CRM leads, old data sheets, and pre-qualified interest lists
8. Managing and updating CRM records to track your pipeline and results
9. Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets!
What We're Looking For:
10. A sharp, confident, and hungry individual ready to close deals
11. Comfortable on the phone with exceptional objection handling skills
12. A proven track record in closing high-ticket deals or the drive to learn fast
13. Self-motivated with strong resilience and focus
14. A team player who thrives in a competitive environment
