Hours: 40 hours a week (Full-time)

Your Role
As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day construction of projects valued up to £7m. Your mission? To deliver these projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate with our talented teams to build strong relationships with clients while managing operational resources and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
* Lead and motivate site operational staff while implementing safety policies and procedures.
* Manage operational communications and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Plan and implement operational requirements for resources, ensuring project compliance.
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Build and maintain excellent client relationships to enhance value for both the client and the company.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You hold a CSCS card certification and have completed SMSTS training, with demonstrable experience in site management.
* You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body (e.g., CIOB, RICS).
* You possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
* You have a thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and technologies.
* You are collaborative, trustworthy, and focused, with an eye for quality and continuous improvement.
