Due to ambitious growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Executive to join our well-established and friendly client based in Chandler's Ford. As a member of the sales team, you will join a fast-paced business that thrives in a busy and varied environment supporting a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors. Main duties of the Sales Executive: * Developing and building successful long term client relationships * Dealing with incoming calls and customer enquiries * Processing sales orders whilst updating CRM software with relevant information * Producing quotes for clients and follow-up verbally through to completion * Maximising the potential of new and existing clients * Contacting lapsed accounts to gain current trading information * Liaising with the manufacturers’ sales departments Key Competencies of the Sales Executive: * Experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Well-structured and organised, able to prioritise work and manage their time effectively * Good IT skills and ability to learn new software packages quickly * Proactive team player with a positive attitude and polite friendly manner The Sales Executive is an exciting full-time and permanent opportunity.
