My client is seeking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. A background in Technology recruitment is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from role briefing to offer stage.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Proactively source candidates through direct channels, job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the process.About You:
Proven experience as an internal recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Confident in sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
Tech recruitment background desirable, but not essential.
