We are working with a globally recognised organisation seeking a Catering Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of catering operations across events. This is a high-impact role overseeing long-term planning, logistics, and on-site execution for large-scale, multi-site events, ensuring industry-leading standards across hospitality, retail, and VIP catering experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning and delivery of catering operations across major events
2. Manage full project lifecycle from concept to execution
3. Oversee caterer and contractor tender processes and appointments
4. Design and implement catering layouts and infrastructure onsite
5. Manage staffing, training, and operational readiness
6. Oversee menus and catering offer across multiple audience groups
7. Control budgets, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes
8. Collaborate with venues and external partners
9. Drive post-event evaluation and continuous improvement
About You
10. Proven experience in large-scale event catering
11. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
12. Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and complex logistics
13. Commercially aware with budget management experience
14. Confident stakeholder manager, including senior and high-profile clients
15. Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
