With plans in place to increase the headcount by 50%, this is a great time to join a multisite business going from strength to strength. With a strong orderbook and working with an interesting portfolio of customers, this role would suit a quality manager with a strong background of managing small teams and working in highly regulated industries.
Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the plant manager, this role will see you managing a small team of team of quality engineers and technicians.
Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Making use of continuous improvement methodology and quality tools such as 8D and 5Y to improve existing processes.
Management of the QMS.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will come from a background of quality management.
Experience working to ISO standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.
Customer facing experience and dealing with customer complaints.
A track record of managing external and internal audits.
Experience working within a highly regulated industry - automotive, medical.24082/617
