What We Need from Yü Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Build and maintain automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar tools. Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities. Support integration of bots and automation solutions with existing systems and applications. Assist in testing, deploying, and troubleshooting RPA solutions. Document your work and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Learn and grow your skills through training programs and professional certifications. Business & Process Responsibilities: Work with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation. Support process mapping and business requirement gathering under guidance from senior staff. Assist in translating business requirements into functional automation Learning & Development: Gain vendor certifications (UiPath RPA Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Blue Prism Developer). Develop technical skills to handle increasingly complex automation tasks. Participate in workshops, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
