Vacancy - Sales Executive
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service via phone and email ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. You will actively encourage and expand sales through contacting new and existing businesses. You will also be responsible for regular administrative and sales duties to help the business run as smoothly as possible. Responsibilities:
Sales
•Liaising with customers via phone and face to face.
•Quotes
•Processing Customer orders
•Product research and identification
•Customer queries and problem solving
•Sales analysis if required
•Customer upselling
•Development of the UK market
Administrative
•Invoicing
•Scan, photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
•Manage and book courier and freight forwarder requirements
•Receive calls within a timely professional manner, transferring to the appropriate person via telephone and email
•Resolve courier and freight forwarder issues and raise necessary claims
•Draft, format, and print relevant documents
•Responsible for accuracy of all paperwork and figure work
Additional
•Attend training, workshops, and meetings when requested
•Attending trade shows
•Assist with any special assignments / projects as requested, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Work Experience
•Sales experience in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment
•Working in a team
•Experience of working with demanding timescales
Knowledge and Skills
•Good level of numeracy / literacy.
•Customer and Sales experience
•Good IT skills and use of Microsoft suite of packages
•Good communication skills
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to self-manage and work on own initiative
•Experience of dealing with international suppliers
•Problem solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
Our client is seasonal so in the summer period you work 40 hours and the winter period 34 hours. The average is 37 hours per week and your pay is based on this.
