Broker Sales Executive – Glasgow

Join Cigna Healthcare as a Broker Sales Executive and help expand our global broker network.

About the Role

You will be the driving force behind promoting and delivering Cigna’s innovative products to a diverse clientele.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with global brokers.
* Partner with brokers to build product knowledge and develop go‑to‑market strategies.
* Provide consistent communication on product changes, initiatives and industry trends.
* Conduct outbound telephony sales calls to brokers.
* Deliver training sessions and support materials.
* Address broker queries promptly and efficiently.
* Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support).
* Act as a liaison to facilitate timely resolution of issues.


Skills & Knowledge Needed

* Experience managing accounts and communicating product updates.
* Ability to conduct impactful outbound telephony sales calls.
* Skill in developing engaging training sessions.
* Capacity to address partner queries and provide effective solutions.
* Ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure partner support.
* Proven liaison skills between partners and internal departments.

* Flexible working hours; essentially 9am–5pm with some flexibility.
