Luxury Sales Executive
Location : Greenfield, Oldham
Salary : OTE £65,000 (uncapped) with basic salary and guaranteed commission for 3 months.
Hours : Monday–Thursday 09:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–17:00 (37 hours / week) + occasional Saturday mornings on a rota
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a luxury brand as a Sales Executive, based at the manufacturing facility in Greenfield, Oldham. The role involves :
* Driving sales growth and representing the brand at the highest level
* Attending prestigious events such as RHS Chelsea and other flower shows
* Completing home visits across the UK to advise customers and confirm orders
* Responding to enquiries and providing tailored quotations
* Negotiating and securing orders for bespoke greenhouse solutions
* Building relationships with landscape architects and garden designers
* Meeting monthly and annual sales targets
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in luxury sales, bespoke manufacturing, or high‑end customer service
* Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to deliver a consultative, customer‑focused approach
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Comfortable discussing technical / construction details
* Tenacious, self‑motivated, and flexible
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel / stay away for home visits
