This rolewill provide HR administrative support tothe 3 Practices and the PCN across the Copeland area which includes Whitehaven, Cleator Moor, Egremont and Seascale. You will work closely the management team ensuring all of the HR administration activity iscompleted in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will be an experiencedadministrator who is organised and professional who is able to co-ordinate a widerange of tasks often within tight timescales and work well under pressure. Thisis a varied and interesting role and an exciting time to be joining the team where we arestriving to make a real difference to the delivery of primary care servicesacross Copeland.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing HR administration in a timely manner and to a high standard. This will include:
* Administration of the recruitment process including publishing job adverts, co-ordinating interviews, issuing contracts and completing pre-employment checks
* Updating information in the HR systemincluding inputting new starter information, amendments to records andprocessing leavers
* Carrying out audits of HR data to ensureinformation is up to date and correct
* Co-ordinating the on-boardingof new starters
* Preparing and submittingpayroll forms
* Recording of sickness and other absenceinformation into the HR system and supporting managers with the coordination ofreturn to work interviews and sickness review meetings.

We run 6 practices across 16 sites covering geography fromCarlisle across to Workington and Whitehaven and down to Bootle. Deliveringservices to a patient population of c100,000 people we employ c430 staff.

* Previous experience in Administration
