Position: Site Manager
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual with proven skills in site services, cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance, including pool maintenance. Good initiative, organisational skills, and knowledge of COSHH and health and safety procedures are desirable but training will be provided. Good interpersonal skills are essential.
Hours and Salary: 27.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, salary £18,138 - £18,425 per annum.
The work involves maintenance tasks such as health & safety checks, cleaning, and pool maintenance, divided between morning and afternoon shifts.
The shift pattern is split shift: 7.00am-9.30am and 3.00pm-6.00pm, Monday to Friday. The position can be a job share, working either every morning or every afternoon shift.
Additional evening duties involve locking up during lettings, paid on a claims basis at 0.75 hours per lock-up at time and a half.
