Our client is a prestigious and fast-growing business operating at the top end of the luxury retail sector. Known for their expertise, transparency, and exceptional service, they’ve built a national reputation from their base in the Lake District by helping clients across the UK buy and sell the world’s most sought-after timepieces.

About the Role
As Sales Executive, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients—whether they’re buying or selling a luxury watch. You’ll manage enquiries, build relationships, prepare quotes, and guide clients through the entire process with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
You’ll be working in a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering a personalised, premium experience.
Responsibilities include:
Managing inbound sales and purchase enquiries
Preparing detailed, tailored quotations
Advising clients on suitable timepieces based on their needs and preferences
Following up leads and maintaining strong conversion rates
Organising appointments and viewings
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Liaising with suppliers and service centres
Assisting with stock management and online product listings
Identifying trends and contributing to marketing activity
Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets while upholding brand integrity
About You
You’ll be proactive, professional, and confident dealing with high-value transactions and high-net-worth individuals. Ideally, you’ll have experience selling luxury goods such as watches, jewellery, or prestige vehicles, and a natural ability to make clients feel at ease while guiding them through a purchase.
You should bring:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in sales – ideally in a luxury or high-value setting
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
A consultative, client-first approach
A target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
A genuine interest in luxury watches (or the desire to develop one!)
The Package
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Annual performance-related bonus
Holidays: 29 days including bank holidays
Hours: 35 hours/week Mon–Fri, with alternate Saturdays (33.5 hours that week, with a weekday off)
