Job Description
This role involves full administrative duties related to:
1. Recruitment: Creating adverts, arranging interviews, managing offers and contracts, onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Management: Handling new starters, leavers, and attendance records.
3. Payroll: Managing absence and sickness records.
4. Training: Ensuring training records are up-to-date.
5. Communication: Managing and updating the inbox for queries.
6. Employee Support: Providing assistance regarding policies and procedures.
7. Meetings: Taking notes as required.
8. Teamwork: Collaborating as part of the wider HR team.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates will be:
o Strong administrators with HR experience.
o Proficient in processing new starters, leavers, and onboarding.
o Experienced in payroll administration, particularly monitoring absence and sickness.
o Familiar with HR systems and IT literacy.
o Empathetic, attentive listeners, and people-oriented.
o Capable of maintaining confidentiality.
o Positive attitude.

o Full-time position.
o Hybrid working: 2-3 days on-site, remaining days WFH.
o FTC contract.
o Salary: approximately £29,428 per annum.
o Expected start date: beginning of May 2025.
