Site Manager
We are currently working with a National Housebuilder who are looking for a Site Manager who takes real pride in quality and inspires those around them– someone confident managing busy developments, engaging with NHBC and keeping a site running smoothly but also bringing out the best of their team.
About the role
As the No.1 Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of a timberframe residential development near Burgess Hill, overseeing every stage of construction from groundworks through to handover. You’ll lead your site team with confidence and clarity, ensuring all work meets the highest NHBC, safety and quality standards. Working closely with your team, commercial, technical and customer care teams; you’ll make sure each home is delivered to the level of excellence their customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all site operations, maintaining programme, quality and budget control
* Ensure full compliance with NHBC key stages and H&S regulations
* Monitor Site performance and drive results against their key KPI’s
* Lead, motivate and develop your on-site team to achieve their full potential
* Promote a positive, safe and high performing site culture
* Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
About you
* must be an experienced Site Manager with a background in volume residential construction
* Strong understanding of NHBC standards and inspection processes
* Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage teams to deliver to on time and to high standards
* SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
