* Drive Innovation:Explore and implement cutting-edge approaches to attraction, assessment, and retention — from digital platforms to inclusive campaigns.
* Champion Diversity:Ensure our workforce can best represent the rich diversity of our communities, supporting our DEI priorities.
* Inspire Excellence:Lead high-performing teams, deliver outstanding candidate experiences, and shape the future of our workforce.
* Collaborate Widely:Work with internal and external partners, agencies, and suppliers to deliver a proactive and inclusive approach to resourcing.
