Role Overview
As Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting external lighting solutions into industrial and critical infrastructure end users across the North West.
Covering North Wales, Chester, Mersey, Manchester, the M62 corridor and Cumbria, you will inherit existing business while identifying and developing new opportunities within specification-led and project environments.
This role is ideal for a junior technical representative or internal sales candidate ready to step into a field-based position, supported by experienced colleagues and strong after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow existing accounts across the North West territory
Identify and secure new business opportunities within industrial and infrastructure sectors
Engage with contractors, end users and key project stakeholders
Present technical lighting solutions and product benefits confidently
Support and manage involvement in large-scale specification projects
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity
Work closely with internal technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
About You
We are looking for a motivated and consultative salesperson who is eager to build a career within technical and specification-led sales.
You will be organised, proactive and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience within a sales role (internal, hybrid or field-based)
Background within industrial, construction or technical sectors desirable
Ability to present solutions and manage customer conversations confidently
Driven, organised and comfortable managing your own territory
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Exposure to lighting, electrical products or technical drawings
Understanding of specification or project-based sales
