We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational individual, to lead and manage our Catering Facility at Grange Farm Primary School. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a catering facility. You will be innovative, creative and passionate, ensuring our children have the best experience of healthy eating from a young age.
You will have experience of creating and cooking healthy delicious meals, managing a team of staff, reviewing and implementing change and managing a budget and menu planning, in order to deliver high quality healthy food on budget and on time.
The successful candidate will:
1. Create and serve delicious and nutritious meals for our pupils.
2. Menu plan and manage budgets.
3. Lead, manage and motivate a team of catering staff.
4. Demonstrate good knowledge of catering legislation.
5. Be Customer focused.
6. Be articulate and able to communicate effectively with all shareholders.
7. Have knowledge of basic ICT

The hours of work will be 5 hours per day, 8.30 a.m. – 1.30 p.m.
Please note that this a term time only job and annual leave is not permitted during term time.
