Main Purpose of the AOG Executive
Working within the AOG team, this role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities Include
* To be aware and to assist with the customer daily operational demands process, alongside the fulfilment of customer requests in accordance with the contractual service level.
* To assist with any customer Order backlogs either system or operational, ensuring customer delays are kept to a minimum whilst maintaining excellent customer communication and well-informed potential alternative solutions.
* Identify at an early-stage potential problems and risks, evaluate and anticipate implications and be proactive with all concerned parties in developing and defining contingency/recovery plans and actions.
