We are seeking an experienced QA/RA professional to take ownership in a fast-growing, international business. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly shape the organisation's processes, culture, and reputation.
About the Role
In this role, you will combine three critical functions: quality, regulatory, and health & safety. Leading a small team, you will:
* Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MDR)
* Oversee regulatory compliance, including audit readiness, supplier management, and post-market surveillance
* Lead health & safety frameworks, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and staff training
* Drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on impacts
* Support digitisation and process improvement projects
Experience & Skills
Essential:
* 5+ years in QA/RA leadership roles
* Strong knowledge of MDR 2017/745, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
* Health & Safety compliance and risk management experience
* Analytical, data-driven approach; proficient in Excel
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
Desirable:
* ISO 13485, PRRC/EU RP experience
* Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or veterinary product supply chains
* Experience with e-QMS systems and change management
