HR Manager : Drive Culture, Engagement and Organisational Success
* Location: Banbury (with travel to local sites)
* Contract: Permanent, Part:Time (Full:time can also be discussed)
* Salary: circa A GBP 55,000 (pro:rata), to be discussed.

As HR Manager, youll partner with leaders across multiple sites, helping to develop high:performing teams, strengthen employee engagement and support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities as a HR Manager:
* Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and leadership teams
* Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and people development
* Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and talent development activities
* Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
* Lead and support disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes
* Champion culture change and continuous improvement programmes
* Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice
* Use HR data and insights to support business decision:making
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working
Who Were Looking For:
* Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
* Manufacturing, engineering or operational environment experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders
* Experience supporting employee engagement, organisational development or change initiatives
* Strong communication and relationship:building skills
* Comfortable working across multiple sites when required
* CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience
