Sales Executive - Home Improvements
Basic salary and very high bonus potential
All leads and appointments are provided - No cold calling
We are recruiting for customer facing Field Sales roles within the Home Improvements sector. The company is a highly regarded one within the Scottish Home Improvements marketplace and the financial rewards for their sales team are the best in the industry.
Applicants who already have experience in Home Improvements or maybe other areas of consumer sales would be of great interest, however we will also consider people with other types and areas of sales and people who they believe that would be a great fit for this type of sales role.
Applicants must be able to drive as you will be travelling to pre‑arranged and already booked appointments all over Central Scotland. There is no requirement for cold calling or lead generation in this position, all of your sales appointments are provided for you through the company's excellent marketing function. Some flexibility will be required on working hours as sometimes customers will not be able to do appointments during the hours of 9‑5.
Starting basic salary is around £25,000, possibly negotiable depending on your exact experience, and with bonus the top performers in this company are currently earning £80,000 and £90,000 so it is a role that carries genuine earning potential. You would also be given a company car upon completion of your probation period so it would be ideal if you had access to your own car to use in the meantime, however this could possibly be looked at from your start date instead of probationary completion if absolutely necessary and if you are an extremely strong candidate for the role.
