We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our Human Resources department, to serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, collaborating with our skilled HR team to support the entire employee life cycle. You will build good working relationships with all line managers in order to better understand their needs and provide appropriate HR related support.
Our ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, and someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, all in support of delivering outstanding customer service.
As the HR Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Contributing to ongoing projects alongside the HR Manager and the wider HR team
Coaching and guiding managers with all people issues
Maintaining and update records of employment on our HRIS System
Supporting all HR related enquiries, requests and providing prompt and accurate responses
Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, and ensuring the integrity of HR records and conduct
What we are looking for:
Good written and verbal communication skills
An enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and flexible in approach
Educated to degree standard or equivalent plus CIPD qualified (or working towards)
Familiar working in a HR environment, providing first line generalist HR advice
Demonstratable knowledge of employment legislation
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Proactive approach to continuous business improvements
Previous HR experience is desirable
