Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Halesowen. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee performance, conducting training, and ensuring workplace satisfaction through employee engagement initiatives. The role requires building strong professional relationships and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications
* Human Resources Management: Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
* Strategic Planning and Development: Experience in creating and implementing HR strategies and policies.
* Compliance and Regulations: Strong knowledge of employment law and workforce compliance standards.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, mediate, and build relationships across all organizational levels.
* Adaptability and Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
* Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Relevant Experience: Previous experience in HR management or an equivalent role is highly desirable.
* Certifications: Professional HR certifications like CIPD or SHRM are an added advantage.
