Overview
Our client based in County Durham are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a contract basis from 20 March until 10 April.
Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Overseeing Solar PV Installations, cavity extract & refill and ventilation works
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Delivering daily toolbox talks
Requirements
* Must have a valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, DBS check and Asbestos Awareness
* Proven experience working as a Site Manager
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience overseeing multiple trades
