As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Allison Homes on-site, playing a key role in turning interest into happy homeowners. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll guide customers through their buying journey, from first contact to handing over the keys.
This is a role for someone who loves closing deals, building genuine relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You'll be part of a close-knit sales team with big ambitions and the support to match.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and meet/exceed targets on new home developments.
* Deliver a five-star customer journey from enquiry to completion.
* Build strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
* Maintain accurate records and manage customer data using our systems (training provided).
* Stay one step ahead of the market—know the competition and understand local trends.
* Keep show homes and marketing suites in top shape and showroom-ready.
* Coordinate with solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to progress sales smoothly.
* Contribute ideas to marketing and PR campaigns that make an impact.
