Placed by Leon is partnering with one of the world’s most prestigious luxury groups on the search for a HR Administrator to join their UK HR function on a 12-month fixed-term contract (Until June 2027).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised luxury business behind some of the industrys most iconic brands. Opportunities within this HR team rarely come to market and would suit somebody who enjoys HR operations, systems, process improvement and working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Please note: hands‑on Workday experience is ESSENTIAL for this role.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle for UK employees across onboarding, contractual changes, transfers, exits and employee record management, while supporting data integrity and operational excellence across the HR function.


Key Responsibilities:

* Managing onboarding administration, Right to Work checks and employee lifecycle changes through Workday
* Drafting contracts, employee letters and HR documentation
* Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting payroll accuracy
* Monitoring fixed‑term contracts, employee reviews and HR processes
* Acting as a first point of contact for Workday-related queries from employees and managers
* Supporting reporting and HR analytics through Workday
* Supporting HR projects, systems updates and process improvements
* Managing employee files and ensuring HR compliance standards are maintained
* Supporting mobility programme administration
* Supporting SAP purchase orders, vendor creation and staff purchase requests


Required Experience & Skills:

* Strong hands‑on experience using Workday is essential
* Previous HR administration/HR operations experience within a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance
* Confident supporting employees and managers with systems/process queries
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach


Benefits Include:

* Up to £34,000 salary + 7% bonus (paid at the end of the contract)
