As Site Manager: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor progress, managing timelines and budgets effectively. Coordinate and manage subcontractors while maintaining site standards. Conduct regular safety checks and audits. Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners to ensure work complies with building regulations. Maintain high quality standards throughout all project phases. About You: Proven experience in site management with a Main Contractor Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent client-facing skills and knowledge of building practices. Experience with large healthcare or large-scale commercial projects is desirable.
