To Go Micro Kitchens is shaking up how workplace food and beverage is done. We design and manage high-quality pantry and micro kitchen services for some of the UK's most forward-thinking companies—from global tech firms to top-tier finance and law offices.

Now proudly part of Compass Group, we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for two ambitious Sales / Account Executives to join our team and help drive the next chapter of growth.

About the Role


As a Sales / Account Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role across new business development, account management, and admin support. This is a diverse, dynamic position for someone eager to build relationships, close deals, and grow with a fast-moving business.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales, Operations, and Client Success to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients—while bringing fresh opportunities into the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities


* Identify, target, and engage prospective clients (think: office managers, facilities teams, workplace experience leads).
* Pitch and present our services with clarity and confidence, turning warm leads into long-term customers.
* Manage existing client relationships—ensuring a smooth service experience and identifying upsell opportunities.
* Support the admin side of sales—quotes, proposals, onboarding, CRM updates, reporting.
* Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and support campaigns.
* Represent To Go Micro Kitchens at industry events and tastings.
About You


* 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
* Experience selling into facilities management, office services, or F&B is a major plus.
* Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
* Self-starter with strong organisation and follow-through.
* Passionate about great food, great service, and creating standout client experiences.
