Our client, a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming project in Eastbourne. This is a 17–18 week contract, with a start date of Monday 13th October.
Project Details:
The successful candidate will be managing a strip-out and landlord enabling works project, so relevant experience in this type of work is essential.
Requirements:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role
*
Valid UK driving licence
*
Proven track record managing strip-out/enabling works
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
