You will be joining a busy contractor working in the rail and water industry across the Midlands.
Your new role
1. Managing direct labour and subcontractors
2. Coordinating all day-to-day site operations
3. Maintaining an accurate site diary
4. Liaising with the client
5. Undertaking site audits and inspections
6. Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Degree in Civil Engineering
8. Appointed Person (AP) – Lifting qualification
9. Temporary Work Coordinator (TWC) certification
10. 5 – 10 years' experience with Tier 1 Principal Contractors in the water industry
What you'll get in return
11. Day rate £315 per day (Outside IR35)
12. 6-month rolling contract.
