We're in an exciting growth phase and looking for a hands‑on Senior Developer to join our in‑house team. You'll play a key role in building and enhancing our flagship product, which is already live but has significant development opportunities ahead. This is a chance to shape a solution that stands out for its simplicity, usability, and visual appeal our USP compared to competitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain our core application using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages, SQL Server, and Azure.
* Contribute to the migration towards a React‑based front end.
* Implement customisable workflows and trigger points for different client requirements.
* Ensure the product remains visually appealing and intuitive an eye for design is highly desirable.
* Collaborate closely with the Lead Developer and support the Junior Developer's growth.
Tech Stack
* Backend: C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages
* Database: SQL Server
* Cloud: Azure
* Frontend: React (migration in progress)
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in C#.NET development and related frameworks.
* Solid understanding of SQL Server and cloud‑hosted environments.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
* A keen eye for UI/UX design is a big plus.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, build‑focused environment.

Location: commutable from Sunderland/Durham/Chester le Street (On‑site, 5 days per week initially)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
