Countryside Ranger Derbyshire Salary £15.40ph To develop and manage access, recreation, facilities, and natural habitats of the Countryside Sites by contributing to, as examples: Managing the health and safety of Council staff, visitors, and contractors. Applying good practice conservation techniques and facilities management services. Managing annual operational facilities and nature conservation work programmes. Identifying opportunities for income generation and external funding and supporting their delivery. To plan and organise the enhancement of the biodiversity value of the Countryside Sites by assisting in: Preparing and implementing management plans for Countryside Sites. Applying the Derbyshire's Local Nature Recovery Strategy, and its associated funding opportunities, to appropriate Countryside Sites.
