The Role Assisting in the manufacturing and production process Loading and unloading materials and products General labouring duties within the workshop area Operating basic machinery and equipment (training provided where necessary) Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following health and safety procedures at all times Supporting other team members and departments as required Conducting basic quality checks on finished products Manual handling of goods and materials The Person Good level of physical fitness (role involves manual labour and lifting) Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential Awareness of health and safety practices
