To lead HR, Training, and H&S/Environmental activities onsite, shaping a positive culture, building capability, and supporting a committed workforce within a manufacturing environment. Lead, support, and develop the onsite HR and Training team Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, and engagement Oversee all training requirements and support capability development across the site Drive engagement and communication initiatives to promote a positive working environment Ensure HR processes, data accuracy, and compliance standards are audit ready Produce and analyse HR KPIs, using insights to drive site improvements Support resourcing and onboarding activity in collaboration with operations and recruitment teams Take responsibility for H&S and environmental processes onsite, supported by central specialists Provide HR support to the Kilkeel site, including occasional travel This role is based at our Annan site, home of Young’s Scampi, a well established, close knit operation with around 120 colleagues who take pride in what they do. As HR Manager, you will take ownership of all onsite HR, Training, and H&S Environmental activities supported by central specialists, while leading a small team consisting of an HR Advisor and a Trainer. You will work closely with site leadership to strengthen engagement, support performance, and ensure high standards across all people practices. This is an on site role based in Annan, with occasional travel required to Malton Head Office and periodic visits to our Kilkeel site in Northern Ireland.
