Location: Handley Gardens, Maldon
Salary: Up to £33,000 basic | £55,000 OTE
Working Pattern: 1 weekend off in 6
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our development at Handley Gardens in Maldon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's passionate about delivering a first-class customer journey and driving sales performance within a prestigious development.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the development, presentation, and customer experience
* Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
* Promote recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure a smooth buying process
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maintain strong local knowledge
* Undertake home demonstrations, handovers, and aftercare follow-ups
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Proven sales experience in a target-driven environment
* Strong customer service skills and ability to self-manage effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Professional, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach
Desirable:
* New Homes or property sales experience (preferred but not essential)
* Knowledge of the local property market
