1. Salary: £20,000 Basic with OTE of £50,000+

4. Hours: 5 days per week with Sundays on a rota
About the Role:

Our client, a well-established and respected dealership in Kingston, is looking for an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join their industry leading automotive sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping customers find their perfect vehicle, this is the ideal opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
5. Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying process.
6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and finance options.
9. Handle inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt follow-ups and a seamless customer experience.
10. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high dealership standards and support business growth.
11. Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions using the dealership’s CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
12. Previous experience in car sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
13. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
14. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
15. A professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
16. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive sales environment.
17. A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
