Role Responsibilities

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
3. Strong understanding of graduate recruitment processes.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates.
6. Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
