Syme Drummond is partnering exclusively with a high-profile FMCG business to find a Reward Manager. Based in the Central Belt of Scotland with hybrid working, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation that’s modernising and scaling its global reward offerings.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Reward Manager, you’ll lead job architecture and market benchmarking across 39 global markets. You’ll support annual pay reviews and bonus cycles, evaluate and benchmark roles using Hay methodology, and provide data-led recommendations to influence reward decisions.
You’ll collaborate with global HR teams, develop policies, and contribute to evolving the organisation’s job family framework and career ladders. Additionally, you’ll support benefits and global mobility activities, working with third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead job evaluation and sizing using structured methodologies (preferably Hay)
* Manage annual pay and bonus review cycles
* Analyze complex compensation data to support business decisions
* Support reward communications and policy advice across regions
* Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders in 39 markets
* Maintain data using internal systems, Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), and benchmarking platforms
This Role Would Suit Someone Who:
* Has proven experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits roles
* Is confident in job evaluation methodologies – ideally Hay
* Has strong technical expertise in market benchmarking and data analysis
* Has experience working across multiple markets in a global or matrix environment
* Has or is interested in benefits and global mobility
* Thrives in a collaborative, people-first culture and builds trusted stakeholder relationships
