Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across key sectors Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to close Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to execute the UK go-to-market strategy Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs Provide feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and positioning Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings Skills & Experience Proven experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working both independently and as part of a growing team Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous Degree or equivalent experience preferred
