The Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you will take full ownership of the non-ferrous department, overseeing all operational, commercial, and people aspects of the yard. Youll be responsible for ensuring materials are processed efficiently, graded accurately, and dispatched in line with business and customer expectations-while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.
