Youll support the sales team, manage our Salesforce CRM, and keep opportunities moving through regular follow-ups and research. This is a fast-paced role requiring enthusiasm, persistence, and attention to detail to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Construction experience is a bonus, not essentialwe value personality.
Salary: £2530k + incentives after 6-month probation
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Pipeline
* Maintain and update Salesforce CRM
* Track and progress sales opportunities
* Set tasks and follow-ups for the team
* Provide pipeline updates and reports
* Keep records accurate and up to date
Sales Support
* Follow up quotes and projects by phone
* Speak with contractors, designers, clients
* Research projects and key contacts
* Support tenders and sales activity
* Assist with LinkedIn prospecting & research
* Handle inbound calls and enquiries
Skills & Experience
* CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
* Confident on the phone
