Job Title: Site Manager (Social Housing and FRA)
Location: Portsmouth Rate: GBP20:30 per hour Contract: Temp
The Role
We are seeking a compliance:driven Site Manager to oversee FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) and refurbishment works within the occupied social housing sector. You will manage sub:contractors, ensure strict site safety, and deliver high:quality handovers while minimizing disruption to residents.
Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience managing FRA or planned refurbishment works within Social Housing.

Strong subcontractor management and resident communication skills.
