Responsibilities
* Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members and colleagues across different teams to support business development, commercial and administrative tasks to achieve order targets at agreed margins.
* Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members as required.
* Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes and share learning.
* Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future order-winning opportunities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to understand and confirm stock availability, refurbishment and fit-out details.
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams to expedite collection of outstanding customer payments.
* Maintain effective relationships across teams and respond to administrative queries through appropriate communication channels.
* Prepare quotations accurately and follow up with customers on time.
* Keep stock records accurate and regularly updated.
* Achieve customer cash collection targets through timely customer payments.
* Conduct structured business development campaigns to meet order targets.

Join us as a Sales Executive in Aylesbury to drive sales and order-winning activities by promoting Portakabin products and services. We are looking for someone who has substantial administrative experience in a customer‑service environment, thrives in a target‑driven setting, and can perform business development activities such as cold calling. Candidates should have basic Microsoft Office skills, SAP experience, and a minimum GCSE in Maths and English, as well as administrative experience in a customer service environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a target‑driven environment.
* Experience of business development activities (e.g. cold calling).
* Minimum GCSE or equivalent level of education including Maths and English.
* Competent in using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).
Salary and Benefits
* Annual salary up to £25,000‑£30,000, dependent on skills and experience.
* Commission of up to £5,000.
* Permanent role, based in Aylesbury, HP18 0XB.
