Involve Recruitment are in search of a Site Manager to oversee voids property maintenance works and fire protection projects across social housing and residential properties. This permanent role requires a hands-on manager with strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of compliance-driven works, particularly within occupied and void environments. You will be responsible for managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in full compliance with fire safety and housing regulations.
