Based in Rushden. Hybrid working available, with office travel required 1-2 days per week. 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility on hours if you let us know.
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team. In this role you will support the team in delivering efficient HR administration and provide first‑class support across the employee life cycle. Note: No sponsorship certificates offered.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on terms and conditions, pay, and other HR topics.
* Process employee lifecycle changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
* Produce correspondence to employees and maintain accurate employee records.
* Manage and respond to cases from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
* Contribute to process improvements and support the team to meet service level agreements.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and capable of managing workload effectively to meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Experience in a high‑volume administration role, ideally within HR Shared Services or a similar environment.
* Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
