Our client is seeking an available immediately HR Administrator for 4-6 weeks to help assist with minute taking. This position will be on a PAYE contract.
Key Points
* Capture key points, decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks in a clear and organised format, ensuring clarity and precision.
* Distribute meeting minutes promptly after meetings to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate documentation.
* Work closely with HR Managers and other key stakeholders to clarify action points and ensure that follow-up items are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
* Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, ensuring relevant topics are included and distributed in advance.
